1. Not medical advice

Hypnotic Rise’s hypnosis sessions and content are for self-help and personal growth for healthy adults. They are not medical treatment, psychotherapy or medical advice. We don’t diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Hypnosis doesn’t replace seeing a doctor, psychologist or other licensed professional. Please don’t stop or change any treatment because of our content.

If you have epilepsy, psychosis, severe depression, a personality disorder, trauma-related symptoms or any other serious physical or mental health condition, only use our hypnosis sessions after talking to your doctor. Never listen while driving, operating machinery, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

2. Results disclaimer

People respond to hypnosis differently. How a hypnosis affects you depends on many factors outside our control. We make no guarantee of any specific result, whether health-related, professional or financial. Any studies we cite describe results under study conditions and are not a promise for your situation. Your results may vary.

3. Content and links

We create our content carefully and with sources, but we can’t guarantee that it’s complete, correct or up to date. Linked third-party websites are the responsibility of their operators.

4. Using your hypnosis sessions

Your hypnosis sessions are for your personal use. Listen as often as you like. You may not share, publish, sell, edit or publicly play them. Please don’t share your access link.

5. Age

Our services are for adults aged 18 and over.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website and free content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country or state where you live.

8. Purchases

Your contracting party is Lindner International Ltd (see imprint). The night version of a hypnosis costs a one-time €29.99 including VAT, with no subscription. Payment is processed by our payment provider Stripe. After successful payment, the night version is unlocked immediately in your personal hypnosis area, and you receive a payment confirmation by email.

Right of withdrawal for digital content: As a consumer in the EU you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, this right ends once we start providing it, if you have expressly agreed that we start before the withdrawal period ends and confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You give this consent with a required checkbox on the payment page before you buy. Other paid offers are subject to the terms shown to you before purchase.
