Partner terms

1. Provider

The partner programme is operated by Lindner International Ltd, Galileou 27, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus (“Hypnotic Rise”). Contact: [email protected].

2. Participation

Participation is free of charge. There is no right to be accepted. Hypnotic Rise reviews every application and may decline it without giving reasons. Partners act as independent businesses, not as employees or agents of Hypnotic Rise.

3. Partner link and assignment

Each partner receives a personal code that can be added to any page of hypnoticrise.com (?ref=CODE). A purchase is assigned to the partner if the buyer clicked the link within 12 months before the purchase and allowed cookies on hypnoticrise.com. If several partner links were clicked, the last click counts. Purchases by the partner themselves are not commissionable.

4. Commission

For every assigned purchase, the partner receives a commission on the amount paid by the customer (excluding any statutory VAT). The rate is communicated with the approval by email and can be viewed in the partner area at any time. Commissionable are: night versions, own hypnoses, gift vouchers and the Hypnotic Rise programme (for the programme, if the customer can be assigned to the partner). Free products are not commissionable.

5. Release and payout

Commissions are released after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired. If a purchase is cancelled, withdrawn or refunded, the commission lapses. Released commissions are paid out monthly by bank transfer. The partner provides their payment details and, if required, an invoice or accepts a credit note. The partner is responsible for taxing their commission.

6. Promotion rules

Promotion must be honest and clearly marked as advertising (e.g. “ad”, “affiliate link”). Prohibited: promises of healing, success or money; statements that hypnosis treats illnesses; invented testimonials or figures; spam (emails, messages or comments without consent); bidding on the brand terms “Hypnotic Rise” or “Hypnotic Rise” in search engine ads; misleading coupon sites; any content that breaks the law or damages the reputation of Hypnotic Rise. The facts on hypnoticrise.com apply (no fixed duration, no fixed number of hypnoses, the programme price is set in the call).

7. Data protection

Partners only see anonymised sales data (date, product, amount, commission). Personal data of customers is not passed on. Details in the privacy policy.

8. Term and termination

Both sides can end participation at any time by email. In the event of violations of these terms, Hypnotic Rise may block access immediately; commissions obtained in breach of these terms lapse. Released commissions from before the termination will still be paid out.

9. Liability and final provisions

Hypnotic Rise is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence; otherwise only for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage. Changes to these terms are announced by email; continued participation counts as acceptance. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
